We do not recruit anyone into the US Military. Our recruiting is focused on bringing the best and brightest our school district has to offer to the finest AFJROTC program in the state. No one incurs a military obligation by joining.

The program is open to all freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors at Caesar Rodney High School.

The focus of our program is involvement and success.  We will challenge each cadet to improve in all areas of their life. The benefits of our approach can be seen in the many graduates of our program. You'll find those cadets in classrooms from University of Delaware to the Air Force Academy. They are leading in the civilian and military communities as well.

We are in the business of developing leaders and business is good.
